When creating an issue, you will need to select an Issue Type. Choose the option that best describes your problem:

|---|---|
| Technical Issue | Errors, bugs, or when the system is not working as expected. |
| Functional Issue | Problems with workflows, reports, or business logic. |
| How-To / Training | User questions or guidance needed on how to use ERPNext features. |
| Feature Request | Requests for changes or new features to be added. |
| Data Issue | Cases of missing, incorrect, or duplicated data. |
| Access / Permission Issue | Login problems, role permissions, or user restrictions. |
Notes
- Both methods (Desk or Website) create an entry in the same Issue doctype.
- The Support website form is recommended for quick and easy issue reporting.
- You can track responses via email or by logging into ERPNext (if you have credentials).
